**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive
**Location**: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and requests promptly
- Understand customer requirements and ensure the delivery of the best customer service experience
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure adherence to performance metrics and contribute to achieving performance incentives
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Malayalam or Kannada, with excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in voice-based customer support and escalation
- Graduates without backlogs are eligible to apply
- Age criteria: 18 - 32 years
**Compensation**:
- Annual CTC: Upto INR 2,64,000
- Take-home salary: INR 18,364 to 20,000
- Additional performance incentives of INR 3,000
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to ₹264,000.00 per year
