Job Responsibility: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing sales presentations. Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and communication logs.

Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and records.

Track sales performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team.

Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.

Update and manage the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Generate reports and dashboards for sales performance tracking.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales cordinator: 5 years (preferred)
- Sales quotation: 5 years (preferred)
