**Order Management**:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order inquiries and updates.

Coordinate with the factory or production team to gather order status and relay accurate client updates.

Ensure all order-related information is documented and communicated effectively.

Quotation and Proposal Management:
Prepare quotations based on client requirements and ensure they align with management-approved pricing and terms.

Follow up with clients to confirm the acceptance of quotations and process orders accordingly.

**- Communication and Client Relations**:
Serve as a liaison between the client and internal departments to ensure seamless workflow.

**- Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.

Generate regular reports on sales activities, order statuses, and client feedback for management review.

**- Coordination with Internal Teams**:
Work closely with the production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

Provide feedback from clients to relevant teams to improve services and address any concerns proactively.

** Sales Support and Follow-Up**:
Support the sales team by preparing client-specific documents and proposals.

Monitor pending payments and assist in collection follow-ups as required.

**- Market Insights**:
Gather insights from client interactions to provide valuable feedback for strategic decision-making.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs.

Minimum: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com).

Advantageous: Mechanical or technical educational background.

Experience: - 4-6 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in a technical manufacturing company or steel industry.

Familiarity with ERP systems or sales management software is preferred.

Communication Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively liaise between clients and internal teams.

Other Skills:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.

Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining positive client relationships.

Preferred immediate joiner

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
