Currently we have an urgent job opening for the position of Sales Coordinator with one of our clients located in Thane Location.

Position Title:  Sales Coordinator

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Thane

Job Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle client inquiries and coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely responses.
- Prepare and issue quotations based on client requirements.
- Create and maintain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and other necessary documentation for client projects. Ensure the timely preparation of client copies and documentation in the required format.
- Monitor and update quotation logs and maintain accurate records for ongoing quotations.
- Track and update the booking monitor, ensuring all client interactions and status changes are logged accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure alignment on client needs and requirements. Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely follow-up on outstanding quotations.
- Assist in preparing reports and sales documents as needed for the sales and management teams.
