We have opening with a trading company for the post of Sales Coordinator at Ghatkopar:
Position : Sales Coordinator

Qualification : Graduate

Experience : 5 + years

Job location : Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of quotation according to customer requirement. Quote prices, credit terms, and other specifications

2. Follow up with customer for status of quotation sent.

3. Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner.

4. Follow-up with customer over the phone to finalize & close the contract with receipt of PO & payment terms Credit Note Pre
- Sales & Post
- Sales Follow Up with clients Build and maintain strong relationship with new and existing customers.

5. Maintain the orders and follow ups to close the pending orders with the coordination.

7. Follow-up with the transporter for timely pickup and delivery.
