**Profile: Sales Coordinator**

**Sales coordinator
- Minimum 2 years**

**Education: Any Graduate**

**Reporting to
- Sales
- Head**

Coordination with customer for orders & clarification.

Coordination with Sales Engineers/Executive for routine activities.

Coordination with Accounts team for commercial & financial queries/help

Coordination with design team for technical data clarification

Coordination with Manufacturing/Planning & Logistic for Delivery & Dispatches

Sending Quotations & regular follow ups

Internal activities (Order processing/payment follow ups, sending Performa & advance Performa, Order tracking etc)

Preparing & maintaining MIS reports

Agent related reporting activities along with documentation support

Support for lead development (Google search/Intro mails)

Marketing activities to support sales (Coordination for Exhibitions etc)

Managing and solving important issues of customers for achieving the sales target.
