Job Title: Executive - International Business - Cargo Industry - Mumbai
The job entails delivery of the country flight planning, booking updates and cargo revenue process using Optima, AVCD and associated tools and ensure compliance through the revenue process. Further to provide Regional Business manager with business intelligence and reports aimed at driving improved performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% compliance of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and quality Standards as per our contract with the Principal.
- To work in a multi-functional environment.
- Provide general administration support and reporting function to the cargo business to meet commercial needs and ensure conformance.
- Input all CAP/A and CAP/N including rate filing for the specific region.
- Customer invoicing - responsible for conformation of AVCD rating and billing. When necessary corrections to be raised following guidelines and approvals.
- To raise CCA charges for delivered freight which does not match bookings.
- To update bookings with final weight and dims.
- Responsible for flight planning as per agreed commercial strategy.
- Update agent data including station FAT and AIT, check un-invoiced AWB’s, interface with customers and provide invoice to agent.
- Distribution of all relevant accounting & customer information, internally & externally.
- Ensure invoice discrepancies are promptly addressed to ensure debt is managed and accounted for.
- Liaise with both WCRS and Cargo finance for reconciliation of account receivables and payables.
- Ensure a robust revenue process in place and seek continuous improvement in efficiency and control compliance using Optima COPS and AVCD.
- Effectively use business tools like Optima, AVCD, Business Objects, WACD reports etc
- To build strong business relationships with external customers.
- Have robust knowledge about the customer; regular business flows etc.
- To deliver Principal’s products in a professional and efficient manner
- To assist in the event of delays and disruptions by proactive communication and interaction
- Create both team and individual goals that meet the customer needs, whilst initiating personal development.
- Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers
- Identify opportunities for change and continuous improvement with implementation of new working practices.

Mandatory:
