**Sales Executive**
**Job Location-Kharadi, Pune**
**CTC: 3.5 T0 4.5 LPA**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients in the construction and chemical sectors.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
**Client Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
**Sales Presentation and Negotiation**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals and secure company.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through to closing and post-sale follow-up.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and industry standards.
**Reporting and Administration**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Master or Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the construction or chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of construction and chemical products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a proactive approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Highly motivated with a results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills.
