Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing Key Account Handling across the Bangalore region.
- Handle both Primary and Secondary Sales to ensure consistent market availability and coverage.
- Manage Modern Trade / General Trade outlets and ensure proper brand placement and stock availability.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, handling Distributor Management including stock planning and payment follow-ups.
- Drive performance across various channel sales, including retail, wholesale, and institutional buyers.
- Ensure effective Retail Sales (Liquor) through frequent market visits, merchandising, and execution.
- Plan and implement Outlet Activation and promotional activities at the point of sale.
- Monitor and achieve monthly and quarterly Sales Target Achievement as per company goals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to roll out region-specific campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and state excise regulations in Karnataka.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis regularly for internal review

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
