As we continue to expand our reach in Calicut, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team.

Role Overview:
As a Field Sales Representative at Gyproc, you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts in the field. Your primary responsibility will be to visit construction sites and engage with potential clients to promote and sell our range of construction materials. You will be a key player in building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit construction sites and meet with contractors, builders, and project managers to promote Gyproc’s construction materials.
- Demonstrate the benefits and features of our products, including POP and false ceilings, to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, including post-sales follow-up.
- Report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to the sales manager.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales reports and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the construction materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, with specific experience in POP and false ceilings being an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A valid two-wheeler and a driving license are mandatory.
- Familiarity with the Calicut region and its construction industry is preferred.
