
Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to showcase products/services.
- Address client concerns and highlight key benefits.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
- Handle objections and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide post-sales support and address client inquiries.
- Prepare regular sales reports detailing progress and achievements.
- Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Adjust sales strategies based on market dynamics.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall team performance.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve products/services.
- Utilize feedback to enhance sales strategies and customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and communications.
**Requirements**:
- 0 - 2 years' quota carrying business development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Master's degree in business or Sales & Marketing is preferrable.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Shift: Day shift
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
