**Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads, manage sales cycles, and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs.
- Conduct market research and collaborate with internal teams.
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- Proven success in staffing and/or software sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with self-motivation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
