Astitva Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing IT solutions and staffing company. We specialize in providing top-tier IT consulting, staffing, and business solutions to clients across the US. We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities in the US IT market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client staffing needs.
  • Develop strategies for lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
  • Negotiate contract terms, rates, and close business deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
  • Maintain and update client interaction records in CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹25,352.23 per month
