Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will identify potential clients, build strong business relationships, and drive sales growth. You will play a key role in achieving revenue targets and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and lead conversion techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage fixed hours.
- Proficiency in English and understanding of basic marketing concepts.
- Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales/marketing preferred.
