Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will identify potential clients, build strong business relationships, and drive sales growth. You will play a key role in achieving revenue targets and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and lead conversion techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage fixed hours.
  • Proficiency in English and understanding of basic marketing concepts.
  • Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales/marketing preferred.
