Key Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective students, understand their career goals, and build strong relationships to guide them in making informed decisions.
  • Coordinate and manage a team of Counselling/BD Interns to achieve admission and outreach targets.
  • Support in planning and executing counselling sessions, admission drives, and student engagement strategies to convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Counsel students and parents to promote Bancom's educational services and offerings
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communication.
  • Contribute to brand-building and outreach activities, including events, workshops, and campaigns.
  • Regularly track, measure, and report business development performance

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    MBA/BBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome. Internship experience in the education industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, manage interns, and take ownership of tasks.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
