**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Bid Management for all important RFPs of the region including online/offline bidding.

2. Managing bid documents and end to end interactions with Partners.

3. Monitoring large projects and maintaining record of key milestones & deadlines on a regular basis.

4. Evaluating final bids and ensuring accuracy.

5. Internal liaising (Legal and Finance etc.) for tender documentation

6. Preparing pricing templates on the basis of industry intelligence.

7. Managing bid documents end to end.

8. Maintaining all bid activities phase wise.

1. Knowledge of Government bidding e-portal

2. Knowledge of GeM Portal

3. Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel and Presentation)

4. Proficient in English language

5. Good understanding of RFP, EOI and MoU terms and conditions

6. Ready to travel PAN India
