Company Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Associate – Bidding & Proposal (Technical Support). This role is ideal for someone with a background in Information Technology and an interest in handling techno-commercial responsibilities in the domain of IT & Data Centers. The selected candidate will be involved in the end-to-end bidding process, tender documentation, technical proposal creation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Bid & Tender Support

• Assist in managing the complete bid lifecycle: RFP/RFQ/EOI tracking, pre-bid queries, corrigendum analysis, and submission coordination.
• Analyse tender documents and support in creating customized bid responses.
• Liaise with internal teams, OEMs, and vendors to gather solution and pricing inputs.
• Review and compare Bill of Quantities (BoQs) to ensure competitive offerings.
• Maintain trackers for RFPs, clarifications, and submissions.
• Support in preparing compliance matrices, annexures, and cover letters.
• Coordinate with teams for bid submission requirements.
• Ensure bid submissions meet all formatting, binding, and portal upload standards.

Technical Documentation & Presentation

• Draft, format, and maintain technical proposals and supporting documents.
• Prepare professional presentations using MS PowerPoint for internal and external use.
• Update and format BoM/BoQ sheets in MS Excel according to technical requirements.
• Maintain structured documentation and version control of bid-related files.

Required Skills

• Basic awareness and understanding of Data Center components (servers, networking, storage, cybersecurity, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to draft and edit technical documents using templates and input guidelines.

Essential Qualifications:

• BCA or B.Tech (CS/IT) from a recognized university/institute.
• 0–2 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Not mandatory)

• Familiarity with GeM portals, e-tendering platforms, or similar government bidding portals.
• Exposure to technical documentation or project work related to IT infrastructure or public sector bidding.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and formatting consistency.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and follow structured processes.
• Self-motivated, with a strong willingness to learn the nuances of bid/tender processes.
