We are looking for a Senior Associate - Media Buying to join our growing team
What will you do as a Senior Associate - Media Buying :
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns to drive key objectives such as lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
  • Manage campaigns across multiple digital platforms — Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS, Conversions), and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop engaging ad creatives (text, display, and video).
  • Optimize targeting, budgets, and bids to ensure efficient and high-performing campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital media buying and performance marketing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align campaign execution with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
What are we looking for :
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for ROI.
  • Mandatory experience managing campaigns for the US market (understanding of US audience behavior, time zones, ad policies, and bidding dynamics).
  • Good understanding of bid management, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar performance tracking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or performance-driven environment preferred.
