The office is based at Equinox Business Park, Kurla West, Off Bandra-Kurla Complex.

Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, normal day working hours.

Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling end to end customer escalations across all products offered by the company
- Ensure all required information is well documented for RCA (Route cause analysis)
- Conduct in-depth investigation on customer complaints and work with internal teams to take measurable actions to avoid such incidents in future
- Maintain MIS for all the complaints

**Qualifications and Education Requirement**
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream with above required skills Work Experience
- 1+ years of experience of relevant experience Skills
- Understanding of broking products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent telephonic etiquette
- Problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
