**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming enquiries from clinics regarding patient experience and concerns.
- Maintain a patient-friendly and professional tone while addressing queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Follow up on patient experience reports and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Maintain documentation of interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system.
- Uphold the clinic’s standards of care, compassion, and professionalism at all times.

**Requirements.**

Prior experience in customer support or related role is mandatory (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality).

Educational background: Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability.

Should be flexible with travelling to clinics if required.

A warm personality with the ability to be empathetic and understanding towards patients.
