We are now expanding our high-performance sales team and looking for an experienced **Senior Sales Trainer** who can elevate our outbound sales operations with proven systems, techniques, and mentorship.
**Role Overview**:
As the Senior Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for training and developing the inside sales team, building high-conversion cold-calling frameworks, and enabling the team to close with confidence. This role is critical in creating a strong, consistent, and results-driven outbound sales culture.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and deliver **high-impact training programs** focused on outbound sales, inside sales, cold calling, and objection handling.
- Coach sales reps on **closing techniques**, lead qualification, follow-up strategies, and CRM usage.
- Conduct regular **call audits**, performance reviews, and real-time feedback sessions to identify and address skill gaps.
- Build and refine **cold call scripts, talk tracks, and pitch decks** in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Develop and execute **sales boot camps**, onboarding programs, and refresher workshops.
- Set up a feedback loop between sales performance and training content—ensuring ongoing optimization.
- Stay updated on market trends, sales tools, and behavioral triggers that improve conversion.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum **4 years of experience** in sales training, preferably in **B2C or B2B inside sales environments**.
- Strong background in **cold calling, outbound sales**, and objection-handling strategies.
- Proven success in **coaching sales teams to improve closing ratios**.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with **CRM tools, call tracking systems, and sales reporting**.
- Ability to think on your feet, inspire confidence, and lead by example.
