**Job Summary**:
The Beauty Trainer (Field Work) is responsible for delivering comprehensive beauty training and education to beauty professionals, sales staff, and customers across various locations. The role involves traveling to different outlets, salons, and beauty centers to provide hands-on training, product knowledge, and demonstrations on makeup, skincare, haircare, and other beauty products or services. The trainer should have excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of beauty trends, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training & Education**:

- Provide practical demonstrations on makeup, skincare, haircare, and other beauty treatments.
- Train beauty professionals, sales staff, and customers on product usage and benefits.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated with the latest beauty products, trends, and techniques.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and guidance on product selection based on skin/hair type.
- Educate staff and customers on the unique selling points (USP) of products.
- **Field Visits**:

- Travel to various beauty stores, salons, spas, and training centers for on-site training.
- Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions for staff and customers.
- Ensure that all beauty advisors and sales staff have a strong understanding of the products.
- **Demonstrations & Workshops**:

- Organize and execute beauty workshops and events to promote products.
- Demonstrate makeup, skincare, or haircare routines using company products.
- Engage customers by providing mini-makeovers or beauty consultations.
- **Sales Support**:

- Support the sales team by ensuring that beauty advisors are confident in promoting and selling products.
- Drive sales by ensuring product knowledge and demonstration skills are strong.
- Encourage upselling and cross-selling through product education.
- **Reporting & Feedback**:

- Provide feedback and reports to the management regarding training sessions, staff performance, and product reception.
- Suggest improvements in training content and delivery based on field observations.
- Track training attendance and participant feedback.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty professionals, salon owners, and sales teams.
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company’s products and services.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology, Beauty, Hair, or Makeup preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Beauty Trainer, Beauty Consultant, or similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent knowledge of beauty products, skincare, haircare, and makeup.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to train and motivate teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
