Key responsibilities of a Lakmé Skin Trainer: - **Practical Demonstrations**:Provide hands-on training to students through live demonstrations of various skin treatments, ensuring they practice proper techniques and hygiene standards. - **Curriculum Adherence**:Follow the established Lakmé Academy curriculum, covering all necessary theoretical and practical aspects of skin care treatments. - **Student Evaluation**:Assess students' progress through regular evaluations, providing feedback and guidance to improve their skills. - **Maintaining Hygiene Standards**:Ensure the training environment adheres to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols. Required Skills and Qualifications: - **Beauty Industry Experience**:Proven experience as a skin care therapist or aesthetician with expertise in various facial treatments. - **Cosmetology Certification**:Completion of a recognized cosmetology course or relevant beauty certification. - **Excellent Communication Skills**:Ability to clearly explain complex concepts and provide constructive feedback to students. - **Teaching Aptitude**:Passion for teaching and the ability to engage students in the learning process.
