Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Skin Trainer to join our esteemed team in Hyderabad. This full-time senior position requires a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will be responsible for guiding and nurturing skills in skincare treatments, enhancing the knowledge of our staff with cutting-edge techniques and practices. Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to conduct product knowledge training to equip team members with essential information. (Mandatory skill)
  • Knowledge of dermatology techniques to address a wide range of skin issues with professional expertise.
  • Solid understanding of cosmetic chemistry to develop safe and effective skincare regimens tailored to individual needs.
  • Expertise in microdermabrasion, enhancing skin texture by removing dead skin cells and boosting circulation.
  • Advanced facial techniques to provide holistic skincare solutions while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Strong customer service skills to manage client relationships and ensure exceptional training experiences.

  • Develop comprehensive training programs to enhance staff knowledge and proficiency in skincare treatments.
