**Job Title**: Inside Sales Trainer

**Experience**: 2+ years as a Sales Trainer | Max Total Experience: 5.5 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective sales training programs for inside sales teams.
- Train and onboard new hires, ensuring consistency in sales messaging and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as necessary.
- Maintain training records and prepare training reports.
- Collaborate with sales managers and team leads to identify training needs.
- Provide continuous coaching and feedback to enhance performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 2 years as a Sales Trainer (telemarketing experience required)
- 1 year of experience training batches of 20+ in a domestic call center
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Clear diction, strong people skills, and attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office and other productivity tools
