
Client Servicing Executive

**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by ensuring satisfaction and delivering excellent service.
- Assist in the on-boarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth integration and communication.
- Work closely with the internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in coordinating projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Track project status and communicate progress to clients regularly.
- Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional services/products based on client needs.
**Skills Required**:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in client servicing or account management.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Proactive and enthusiastic about providing top-tier client service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
