About the Role
Are you passionate about digital marketing and ready to kickstart your career in performance marketing? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and copy
Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to enhance targeting
Support A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and strategies
Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and advertising platforms
Willingness to learn tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Certifications in digital marketing (Google, Meta, etc.) are a plus
