Inside Sales Executive

You will work closely across various verticals such as product development, sales and marketing, and customer relations.

Your job will also include understanding the customer’s needs and pitching the company’s products as suitable solutions. You will also be required to actively observe customer behavior and predict future needs for product development.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors’ behavior.
2. Work in sync with the product development team and develop sustainable and commercially viable products.
3. Understand customer needs and make sales presentations.
4. Liaise with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops.
5. Build lasting relationships with customers.
6. Prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives from time to time.
7. Provide Training to clients about how to use the solution and get the desired output. (Onsite and Offsite)
8. Helping configure the system to generate rules and alerts.
9. Tracking Projects - Ensuring the implementation of the solution is on track and coordinating with other teams if it gets delayed.

**Essential Skills**:
1. Minimum 0-6 months of relevant experience.
2. Bachelors or Masters Degree in Sales or Marketing or equivalent.
3. Solution-oriented analytical skills.
4. Ability to initiate conversations and make a lasting impact.
5. Well-versed with Excel and CRM software.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduated in B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics /Telecommunication, Computers, BCA in Computers, B.Sc in Computers or similar field
- Knowledge of accounts would be a plus point

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
