Responsibility:
- Inside Sales Executive for Solutions Sales of our Intelligent Document Processing Platform, you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects into valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential leads within the assigned market segments.
- Research and develop a deep understanding of prospects' needs and pain points.
Qualification:
- Conduct effective conversations with potential leads to qualify their interest.
- Assess leads' budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria).
- Product Presentation and Demonstrations:
- Create and deliver compelling presentations about our Intelligent Document Processing Platform to prospects.
- Conduct platform demonstrations that showcase the platform's capabilities and benefits.
Sales Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with qualified leads.
- Provide information, answer questions, and address concerns to guide prospects through the sales process.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and ensure a unified approach to customer acquisition.
Sales Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions in our CRM system.
- Prepare and submit quotes, proposals, and contracts as required.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Adept at conducting product demonstrations and presenting complex technical solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
