This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and proficiency in PowerPoint for delivering compelling presentations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
- Drive the sales cycle from initial contact to close, utilizing persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition to potential customers, utilizing strong PowerPoint skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective lead generation and conversion tactics.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, monitor sales activities, and update customer information accurately.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
- Provide timely and insightful feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles.
