**Role Overview**

As an **Academic Counselor**, you will serve as the guiding voice for aspiring learners — helping them choose the right upskilling programs to advance their careers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with 80-100 potential learners daily through calls and video consultations
- Understand their career goals, educational backgrounds, and learning needs
- Recommend suitable courses using a consultative counseling approach
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments while meeting monthly targets
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and enhance conversions

**Who Can Apply**
- Fresh graduates eager to begin a rewarding career in EdTech, counseling, or inside sales
- Professionals with 0-3 years of experience in B2C sales, EdTech, or related domains
- Excellent communicators fluent in **English and Hindi**:

- Energetic, motivated, and driven to achieve results

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- Prior EdTech or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory — _comprehensive training will be provided for freshers_
