**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Qualification and Conversion**:
- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries, qualifying prospects and identifying sales opportunities.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**:
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on all leads and prospects.
- Track all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM, updating lead status and progress through the sales funnel.
- **Customer Needs Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, pain points, and decision-making processes.
- Recommend solutions tailored to the client’s specific needs and demonstrate the value of the company's products or services.
- **Closing Sales**:
- Effectively communicate product benefits and close sales through structured and consultative sales techniques.
- Negotiate pricing and terms within established guidelines, ensuring a win-win outcome for the company and client.
- **Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and support ongoing customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing support for their needs.
- **Reporting and Performance Analysis**:
- Track and report on key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, revenue targets, and customer feedback.
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and performance based on data and insights.
**Key Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales, telesales, or customer service role.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
