- Qualifying leads to determine their suitability for the company's products/services
- Nurturing leads and building relationships with potential customers
- Keeping accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies
- Attending industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads
- Achieving monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitive information.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a lead generation executive or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market research, sales and marketing techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
