Payment Coordinator

**JOB OR ROLE DESCRIPTION**
- Handle customer payment processing and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding payment status and queries.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments or discrepancies.
- Support the accounting team in day-to-day payment-related tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Deliver on-time reporting and documentation.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel**, **Google Sheets**, and **Google Drive**.
- Good memory and attention to detail (ability to retain and recall key information).
- Ability to manage and handle customer accounts efficiently.
- Prior experience in payment coordination or similar accounting roles is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
