**Job Title**: Operations and Coordination Executive Real Estate Project

**Location**: Sonipat, Haryana

**Reports To**: Project Manager/Operations Manager

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Coordination**:

- Assist in the overall coordination of the real estate project from inception to completion.
- Liaise between internal teams, contractors, clients, and external vendors to ensure timely execution of project tasks.
- Schedule and organize project meetings, site visits, and client updates.
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- **Operations Management**:

- Ensure smooth daily operations at the project site in Sonipat.
- Oversee logistics, procurement, and resource management.
- Track and report on project milestones, key performance indicators (KPIs), and progress updates.
- Handle administrative tasks related to project execution, including document preparation, filing, and reporting.
- **Vendor & Contractor Management**:

- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor the quality of work and compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and subcontractor tasks according to the project schedule.
- Coordinate payments and contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- **Site Supervision & Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational challenges on-site and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure that all safety regulations and legal requirements are being met.
- **Client & Stakeholder Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and internal teams.
- Provide timely updates on project status, risks, and any changes to timelines or deliverables.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain all necessary project-related documentation, including contracts, change orders, work schedules, and permits.
- Track and report on project expenditures, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on project performance.
- **Problem Solving & Troubleshooting**:

- Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Resolve any issues related to project delays, budget constraints, or resource allocation.
- **Team Collaboration & Support**:

- Work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Provide support to team members as needed, including facilitating the resolution of internal disputes or challenges.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**:

- Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Monitor and mitigate risks that may impact the project timeline, quality, or budget.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations management, project coordination, or similar roles in real estate or construction projects.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Knowledge of real estate processes, construction operations, and project management practices.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and maintain good relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

**Working Conditions**
- **Location**: Site-based, Sonipat (with occasional travel to related locations).

- **Travel**: Occasional site visits, vendor meetings, or travel within the region as needed.
