- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Payment followup with customers.
- Calling to clients for follow up orders.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products.
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Addressing concerns of the clients to the managers in concerns

**Skills**
- Proficiency in English.
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- PG:_MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
- 1 year experience (preferred) Speak with the employer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
