We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales and marketing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Coordination with warehouse, logistics and finance department
- Assist in order processing
- To work as a first point of contact for any important calls / mails from customers
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
- Provide daily feedback of operations to the Manager/Department Head

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Graduate in a relevant stream from an institute of repute
- Experience in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Coordination skills
- should be able to understand sales team and client concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Good computer skills (MS Office) especially excel
- Multitasking

**Salary**: ₹17,500.00 - ₹21,100.00 per month

**Benefits**:
