**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing & Content Management**:

- Upload and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search visibility.
- Coordinate with the design team to create and update product images and descriptions.
- **Order Processing & Customer Service**:

- Manage order processing, from order confirmation to dispatch, ensuring timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Monitor and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment and payment processing.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records across all platforms.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving overall e-commerce performance.
- **Platform Management & Optimization**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
- Identify and implement best practices for improving user experience and increasing conversions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
