**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive (CSE) - International Voice

**Location**: Magarpatta, Hinjewadi, Viman Nagar, Yerwada, Kharadi

**Salary**: Up to 45,000 INR (In-hand)

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for our international voice process. As a CSE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our global clientele and ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally and courteously.

Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner, adhering to company guidelines.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets.

Stay updated with product knowledge and ongoing promotions to better assist customers.

Strive to consistently deliver excellent service that exceeds customer expectations.

**Requirements**:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others.

Ability to adapt to different shifts, including rotational, UK, US, Night, and Day shifts.

Prior experience in customer support or a related field is a plus, but freshers are also welcome to apply.

Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; additional education is a bonus.
