Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Customer Service Executive. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer support interactions via phone, email, or chat, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The Customer Service Executive will also assist in developing customer service policies and procedures and work towards enhancing overall customer experience.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
