Planning Executive

**Job Purpose**: The Planning Executive will perform and manage complex and sensitive professional planning projects, research and analysis, further he will monitor and ensure compliance with local, state laws

Oversees specialized planning functions such as large-scale new development proposals. He will Also provide overall management solution of division-related issues.

**Responsibilities**:
Shall be responsible for assisting all new project / product development and improvement in all existing products and ensure optimal inventory level at all times in company & vendor floor.

Shall be responsible for facilitating and providing data to prepare all sales forecast and implement all new products and processes for all manufacturing plants.

Shall be responsible for assisting to obtain and managing all orders and deliveries for all external processes and preparing reports to be presented to management and manage demand and supply of all materials.

Shall be responsible for Collaborating with all stakeholders to perform various strategies and coordinate with program manager to monitor all supply chain activities and resolve all availability issues.

Shall be responsible for preparing reports for all planning activity metrics and analyze all results to recommend required improvements in performance and collaborate with purchase manager to forecast all required strategies.

Shall be responsible for evaluating and preparing forecast all policy changes and recommend appropriate business requirements.

Shall be responsible for participating in all evaluation meetings on Daily, weekly and monthly basis & coordinate with internal department.

Shall be responsible for planning inventory levels and locations and execute all forecasting and planning programs.

Shall be responsible for maintaining optimal level of performance within required budget and ensure compliance to all standard projects.

Shall be responsible for training all subordinates of all planning team in various system.

Shall be responsible to check & maintain minimum stock level in company as well as at vendor floor.

Shall be responsible to issue indent on time with proper detailing.

Shall be responsible to received obsoleted drawing & supply revised to vendor

Shall be responsible to maintain semi finish / finish minimum stock at internal / External vendor.

Shall be responsible to audit physical item stoke in store by quarterly, half yearly, yearly & match with ERP stock.

Shall be responsible to issue / update revised drawing to internal / External vendor.

Shall be responsible to take surprise visit at vendor floor for material quality check & take laboratory certificate if required.

Shall be responsible to available all planed material on time in company premises.

Shall be responsible to take action against vendor who are fail to supply material on given stipulated time & develop new vendor for smooth working.

Shall be responsible for execute spares order on time and coordinate & intimate to concern department.

Shall be responsible to maintain list & tagging of nonmoving material & plan it in alternate use.

Shall be responsible for prepare check list accordantly audit minimum stock and same maintain in ERP in monthly.

Shall be responsible to issue job card and job work card internal & external process and update in ERP & submit finish product in concern department.

Shall be responsible to coordinate with concern departments, update & intimate to vendor of job process, demand quality work in less time.

Shall be responsible to intimate for material tagging to internal & external vendor.

Shall be responsible to maintain all records as per ISO format.

Shall be responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.

**Requisite Skills**:
Considerable knowledge of the theory, principles and techniques of the planning profession and development process

Considerable knowledge of federal, state and local laws, ordinances and codes pertaining to a wide variety of planning topics

Considerable knowledge of principles of personnel management, including supervision, training and performance evaluation

Considerable knowledge of the methods and techniques of research and analysis

Considerable knowledge of the principles of budgeting and finance

**Education: Diploma/BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech ( Mechanical)**

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE : 5+ year Experinece**
