**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Execution**: Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support decision-making.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including posting, responding to queries, and engaging with followers.
- **SEO & SEM**: Work with the digital marketing team to optimize web content for search engines and manage SEM campaigns.
- **Event Support**: Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand presence.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product teams, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital marketing or brand-focused role.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and content that align with the brand’s voice.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,797.81 - ₹33,715.42 per month
