**Roles and Responsibilities**
- End to End Travel Management for Employees and top management.
- Manage & provide seamless support, be responsible for all travel desk operations.
- Single point of Contact for all domestic hotel arrangements, Expertise in managing ticketing, reservation, re-issuance, group booking, visa formalities, hotel booking, Forex management & travel insurance.
- Co-ordination with travel agents, hotels, transporters and airlines to book the tickets on requirement of internal department; and managing hotel booking
- Resolve queries regarding ticketing/reservation/tours etc.
- Handling emergencies during the employee trip and providing with the best solution to the problems.
- Reconciliation of travel, so that refund note or cancellation is not missed.
- Communication skills - Fluent in English, and good in written communication.
- Maintaining reports for travel.
- Should have experience, background and very good knowledge in travel management.
- very good knowledge of Flight/train/bus ticket for International Locations will be added advantage
- English & Hindi language is required.
