**Role Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **3PL Management**: Manage and build relationships with our third-party logistics (3PL) partners, ensuring timely and efficient delivery, resolving issues promptly, and driving continuous improvement in service.
- **Warehousing & Inventory Management**: Oversee warehousing activities, monitor stock levels, optimize storage, and manage the flow of goods to ensure accurate inventory control and availability.
- **Order Management**:Handle end-to-end order management, from receiving orders to ensuring fulfillment accuracy, packing, and shipment. Ensure customer orders are processed promptly and effectively.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Track key operational metrics, analyze trends, and report on order fulfillment efficiency, stock levels, and delivery performance.
- **Process Improvement**:Continuously identify areas for operational improvements, enhance systems and processes to drive cost efficiencies, and

implement best practices.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Work closely with the customer service, product, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on inventory needs,

demand forecasts, and delivery schedules.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 1-3 years of experience in operations, supply chain management, or logistics, preferably in a D2C startup or e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of 3PL operations, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize order fulfillment processes.
- Experience working with inventory management software, ERP systems, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and drives results.
