**Operations Executive**

**Job Profile**:Operations Executive, Reservations Manager, Operations Executive

As a Senior Operations Manager in the travel industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's smooth & efficient functioning of various operational aspects. You will be responsible for managing & optimizing operations to enhance customer satisfaction, and streamline processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.
- Establish & maintain relationships monitor performance Resolve any operational issues or disputes with Vendors in a timely manner.
- Present findings to senior management, highlighting areas of success and recommending strategies for improvement.
- Excellent leadership skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within the travel industry.
- Excellent problem-solving & analytical abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using technology solutions & automation tools to optimize operations

**Location**: Mumbai, Goa

**Salary**: Dependent On Experience
