Job Description:Job Title: Senior Operations Executive - Travel - Mumbai

Job Responsibility
- Exposure to M.I.C.E. -- (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) operations.
- Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and incentive tours across domestic and international locations.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and event partners for seamless event execution.
- Manage itineraries, logistics, and on-ground operations to ensure smooth travel and event experiences.
- Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality service standards.
- Handle client communication, provide real-time updates, and address operational challenges efficiently.
- Maintain detailed reports, documentation, and budget tracking for each project.Key Skills:Mandatory:

- Strong knowledge of event planning, vendor management, logistics and query management
- Excellent budgeting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Willingness to travel for on-site event coordination.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in handling corporate domestic and international MICE operations

Job Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
Work Timings: 10am to 7pm

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
