**What do we do,**

We are India’s first (and perhaps only) 100% Clean Label food company. What that means is we make food so clean, (only) we can declare each ingredient proudly upfront. #nothingtohide.

**Role Overview**:
The Whole Truth is a 100% Clean Label brand that does not use any preservatives. This results in reduced shelf life and a complex Supply Chain.

One of TWT’s values is Consumer is family. At TWT we go above and beyond to delight our consumers, and this results in complex operations that are often manual needing heightened focus and tracking.

As an Operations Executive at TWT, you will be responsible for overseeing the Business to consumer (B2C) operations. You will work closely with channel team and vendors to ensure that products are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. Your role will involve optimizing processes, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and creating daily reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment, and timely dispatch.
- Develop relations with Current vendors and onboard new vendors as per requirement
- Track and analyze daily performance metrics
- Proactively identify and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and communicate same to the channel
- Collaborate with channel and internal stakeholders to solve problems and drive continuous improvement initiatives

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, quick learner, and adapt to changing priorities
