**Job Description**:
be responsible for handling Demat and related operational activities in compliance with SEBI regulations,

ensuring smooth communication with clients, depositories, and issuers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Dematerialization (Demat) and Rematerialization (Remat) requests in compliance with

SEBI and internal guidelines.
- Address and resolve client queries related to issuer services, securities admission, and R&T

operations.
- Perform daily reconciliations of securities and depository balances.
- Prepare and circulate weekly Beneficiary Position (Benpos) reports to clients and internal

stakeholders.
- Maintain and update accurate operational records and transaction logs.
- Liaise with depositories (NSDL/CDSL) for processing corporate actions, Demat-related activities,

and report generation.
- Assist in audits and compliance checks related to R&T operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
