**About the Job**:

- The position will be responsible for Managing RTA Operations activities like Transaction Processing, reconciliation for the schemes of Groww Mutual Fund, Statutory and SEBI Audits, Implementation of New Circulars, Follow-up on Customer/Partner complaints, systemic support, etc.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for closely monitoring Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTA) activities as per SLA at the RTA end.
- Responsible for handling escalations and taking up with RTA for timely resolution.
- Responsible for scrutinizing RCA of Internal & External failures and getting the same eradicated by implementing appropriate process changes.
- Coordination with service providers for implementation of process changes & special projects.
- Responsible for handling Internal Audits of RTAs, SEBI Inspection, etc. from time to time.
- Responsible for the implementation of process changes, and automation related to RTA activities at AMC end.
- Support branches in handling queries/complaints from investors/distributors.
- Various MIS and reconciliation process.
- Implementation of New Circulars issued by SEBI.
- Preparation of process manuals.
- Good connections with peers in a similar field.

**Job Requirement**
- Strong analytical mind, eye for detail, high level of accuracy & team player.
- Eye for automation and process efficiency.
- MBA/CA with 3/5 years of industry experience.
