Sales Fresher opening for Mechanical Firm
Education/Experience Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
**Job Description**:
As a Sales Fresher, you will play a key role in our day-to-day sales activities, building effective relationships with end customers, agents, distributors, and consultants. Your responsibilities will include locating new customers and ensuring smooth business operations. You will visit customers and agents, coordinate with the management team, and handle payments, and deliveries. Additionally, you will participate in exhibitions and trade fairs, assist in product installations, and perform minor servicing as needed.
Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Proactively engage in daily sales activities of the company.
2. Manage relationships with end customers, agents, distributors, and consultants.
3. Identify and develop new customer channels including consultants, agents, and distributors.
4. Regular visits to customers and agents for business development and issue resolution.
5. Coordinate with management, distributors, and agents to ensure efficient operations.
6. Represent the company at exhibitions and trade fairs, both in India and internationally.
7. Assist in system installations and provide servicing when required.
8. Continuously update knowledge of existing and new products.
9. Monitor competitors' marketing strategies and report insights for strategic planning.
10. Ensureeffectivesalesperformanceindividuallyandbytheteam.
11. Maintainvarioussalesreportsasrequiredbythecompany.
**Skills**:1. Confident in communication and presentations.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong technical aptitude and quick learning ability.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Effective in cross-cultural settings.
Location - Saki Naka Andheri, Mumbai
Salary - 1.80-3 LPA

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
